Founded in Geneva, Switzerland with a mission to expand everyday life through next generation technologies, HED Social was born out of a passion for music, technology and humanity.

Prior to investing time and resources in building an app for music, HED Social contracted me to evaluate whether their product roadmap would align with consumer behaviors and preferences. After building consensus with Matt on the primary features and goals of the app, I built out a user research plan to validate our assumptions. I facilitated eight 1:1 interviews and a focus group of six people to gain insight into user motivations, and used these results to formulate two surveys around HED Social’s value propositions. By compiling the interview observations and analyzing the survey results, I recommended some strategic adjustments to the roadmap and positioning. The app is currently under development.
