Mystro is an automation app that makes on-demand drivers up to 30% more money. The app allows drivers to safely and easily run Uber, Lyft and other platforms simultaneously and auto accepts only the trips they want.

Because of the complex nature of the sign up process on Android, and additional feature development, Mystro needed a redesign. Working with STRV, I surveyed the competitive landscape and conducted user interviews to steer the requirements and determine the information architecture of the redesign. Based on the results of the user research, I also helped position the app with new value propositions to be used during onboarding. I was responsible for writing all the user facing copy for the redesign.

The success of the redesign led to further work in acquisition and retention marketing. I developed multiple email drip campaigns which was A/B tested to address best practices in engagement in the following segments: in-free trial and win-back conversion, subscribed onboarding, and non-converted and lapsed recapture. To bolster retention and conversion, the strategy also included in-app messaging and push notifications. I developed the timing and testing and was responsible for copywriting each touch point.

Months later, Mystro reached out to me again to facilitate a community focus group of 10 drivers to steer the direction of the business.
