Exhibit 5: Roof & Leak

I’ll make this quick. The one day it sprinkled this summer, happened to be the 4th day of my new roof construction. The roofers didn’t seal the solar stanchions and during my daily standup meeting with engineering on Zoom… all of the sudden I look up to see my ceiling cracking and water damaged.

The water damage. I’m still finishing this project. And by still… I mean it’s Dec. 14th and it’s STILL not done.
