Exhibit 6: Second Bedroom original conversion

After working in the living room of my apartment on Sierra Bonita for all of Covid and 3 years prior while I was consulting, I couldn’t wait to get a room for my office. This space was originally a formal dining room so I returned it to its intention. I blanked out the wall from the hallway, so I could use that side for better closets and eventually a Murphy bed to make this a guest room. The wall was opened back up to make a more dramatic and open entrance into the living room.

My dear friend, Micah, that I have known since I was 5, helped me secure the bifold doors and a carpenter to install them. I’m so stoked.
