Exhibit 3: Pineapple motif

I randomly found gold pineapple Con-Tact paper for my cabinets and fell in love at how well it matched the blue paint!

Then Samir told me that pineapples were a luxury and a sign of hospitality and friendship in the olden days. To read more about this, go here.

From then on out, I decided to make my breakfast nook the bastion of my pineapple motif. And employing cheap Con-Tact paper as wallpaper? Bonus!

My cute pineapple mini-chandelier is on back-order but will arrive in December. I’ll post photos of this area in my kitchen mas tarde.
