Exhibit 8: Eucalyptus Flooring

I was researching the type of material I could use to replace my wood floors, and lo and behold, some great SEM entreated me with eucalyptus flooring. It was the same price as the 1 1/2” red and white oak. Eucalyptus is an introduced tree from Australia whose sap and leaves kill everything around it… aka native plants. It grows like a weed and is prevalent all over California.

So I thought, why not kill a bunch of this “sustainable” option. I bought my floors from Cali Bamboo.
