Bonder is a tool that empowers, connects and allows you to leverage your environment as you move throughout your day.

My engagement with Bonder is managing the full product life cycle of the business from tactical to strategic. The engagement started with STRV doing competitive analysis, market research and user research to assess demand and feasibility to inform the MVP feature set. Once that was established, I developed all requirements and worked with design to ensure business objectives and specifications were being met. From there, I oversaw a development team of 10 people across frontend web development for the admin, and the two client facing native apps on Android and iOS. Basic deliverables during this phase included PRD, wireframes, user flows, QA and scrum management. Scott and I also honed in on value proposition messaging for onboarding and fundraising. I wrote all copy on the app.

As a trusted advisor, I interface with critical stakeholders such as Board Members, legal, Blackhawk (the gift card platform) and other marketing contractors. I’m the point person for all tech and product questions, assisting in fundraising goals and strategic partnerships. We are pre-launch and currently considering our go-to-market plan.
